Plan-Do-Review

Plan-Do-Review is an important part of our week, this is when we get to choose where we are going to play and learn. When we are finished we talk about and review what we have done today and the learning that has taken place. We then start the process again next time choosing a different place to play. We will being doing our plan-do-review activities every Wednesday afternoon after assembly so that everyone gets at least one turn of each activity before the tattie holidays.

This term we have a choice of 6 areas/activities

1. Playdough 

2. Sandpit 

3. Super Hero Masks 

4. Numicon Explore 

5. Reading Corner/Story Telling 

6. Small Construction

This first week back has been very busy settling in the new Primary One children and welcoming back our Primary Two's (who have all grown loads!!) after a long summer holiday.

Here we are this week finding our feet, learning routines and getting to know one another.

   

We read the story what the ladybird heard on holiday and drew our own picture postcards.

We enjoyed listening to the Superworm Story.  We thought about ways we could help save Superworm from the nasty wizard and crow and came up with some great ideas.

We played with Superworm playdough!

We learned about Penguin Number One & Ticklish Two. 

The P2's are making teen numbers using Numicon rods
